1: Accuracy of Information
We have done our very best to ensure all information on the web site is accurate.
If you find any inaccurate information on the web site please let us know and we will correct it.
You should independently verify any information presented on the web site before relying upon it.
You should always check the number on your part in your vehicle, if you are in any doubt call us.
We accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
Original equipment numbers and pictures on this site are used to help you in selecting the correct part only.
2: How to place an order
If you click on the product number a vehicle application list will appear which will assist you in selecting the correct part.
You will be shown your priced listed items and then the total amount. Our prices include pp to UK mainland and all UK post codes areas.
We do not accept orders placed through our site from addresses outside the UK
If you have made a mistake with your order and cannot correct it you can contact us and we will correct the mistake.
If you are not sure on the part for your vehicle (please do not guess) call us on telephone number 01424 870888 and give us your vehicle registration, we will then select the part for you.
If your part is not listed please call or e-mail us.
3: You can order and pay for items displayed on this website by either
1. Calling us on the telephone number 01424 870888
You can pay us by credit or debit card or by direct payment into our bank.
Customers living outside the UK will have to use this method
2. By using Pay Pal
We can only accept your order if your account has been registered and your address has been verified with PayPal. If you have an existing PayPal Account, please ensure that your details are up to date and that your registered Credit/Debit Card has not expired or you may have problems.
We can only take orders on-line for customers who live in the UK mainland and all UK post codes areas.
Please make sure that your telephone number and address are correct in case we need to contact you.
If you would like us to cross check your order please include your vehicle reg.
4. Making a contract with us
Once we have checked the price and availability of the products, we will e-mail you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.
While we try and ensure that all our prices on our website are correct, some prices might be incorrectly listed. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the goods at the correct price. We are under no obligation to provide goods to you at an incorrect lower price, even after we have acknowledged your order. If we cannot contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If payment has been made and you wish to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of the price paid.
Our offers and prices are valid for the day the site is consulted and are subject to change without notice.
In the unlikely event that the products are no longer available, we will advise you of this, and cancel you order, and there will be no contract between us.
If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date and also give you the chance to amend or cancel your order.
If the chosen method of payment is by PayPal and the delivery address given is not the verified one with PayPal we cannot accept your order and there will be no contract between us.
Please note: all the parts on this site are shown to be available but this does not necessarily mean they are in stock at our premises, but that there available either from our stock or from our suppliers, please check availability with us if your part is urgent
5: Delivery
For UK post code deliveries, most products are delivered 1/3 working days (Monday to Friday) if ordered before 1.30pm
If you do not receive your goods within 7 days please contact us by telephone or e-mail.
For UK deliveries we will make every effort to deliver your goods within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Delivery can only go to the credit card holders or PayPal registered and verified home/work address, strict security checks are carried out, transactions that fail verification for any reason will not be processed and will be automatically cancelled.
Your order will be delivered either by Royal mail special delivery or a courier service. A signature will be required for all Royal mail special deliveries and courier deliveries.
6: Risk and Title
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
7: Cancellation and returns
Cancellation or returns must be confirmed to us by email or telephone within 14 days of delivery. You must also return the product(s) to us immediately within 14 working days, in the same condition in which you received them, unused and intact, including the original packing, the products must not have been fitted. Products to be returned at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
Non stock products that have been especially ordered in from Bosch, Denso, Pierburg or Siemens for you cannot be returned.
Important: Owing to the nature of the parts we supply, we must stress that they are not supplied as "Test Units" Returns cannot be accepted if they have been fitted to a vehicle.
8: Product surcharges
Some Bosch products are sold on an exchange basis and are subject to a surcharge, this will be refunded when the old unit is returned to us.
9: Faulty Products
The products that we supply come with a one year manufactures warranty.
Please call us first if you need to return a faulty product
All faulty products will have to be sent back to the manufactures Bosch, Denso, Pierburg or Siemens for testing.
We are not liable for any associated costs in removing and posting the part if suspected to be faulty, whether the part turns out to be faulty or not.
We are not liable for any associated costs in fitting the part, removing the part in the case of it being suspected to be faulty, or any other costs incurred by the customer, relating to payment or refund processing.
We are not responsible for supplying an alternative part whilst the suspect faulty part is being inspected/tested/returned/refunded/exchanged/repaired/in transit.
Products returned under warranty can take up to 3/6 weeks to process. (It is a good idea to keep your old part just in case this happens)
If the product that you return under warranty proves to be faulty you will be offered a replacement new part or a full refund.
10: Force Majeure.
This means that:
Any event which is beyond our reasonable control.
We will not be liable for any failure in the performance of any of our obligations under the Contract caused by factors outside our control.
11: Data protection
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order.
When you order items on line our order form asks you to give us information specific to that order, including your billing address, and email address. The information that you provide is used to process and send your orders.
We also use the information to contact you if there is a problem with your order.
We use leading technologies such as (but not limited to) data encryption, fire walls and server authentication to protect the security of your data.
Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link.
